Web Design Warranty

Our 3 years warranty is for all our website projects used together with one of our web hosting packages. Through the warranty service, the website beneficiary must NOT have access to the source code of the web application or website. The warranty offered covers the resolution of all errors that may occur in the operation of the website and that were not discovered during the web design process.

The warranty does NOT mean: web consulting, online promotion, tutorials and courses on the use of CMS platforms, web administration & maintenance, server or email configurations, other services not related to the process of creating a website.

The warranty does not include

updates of the platform or extensions used unless the errors are due to bugs known and fixed by their developers.
adding additional features to the site that are not the subject of the contract.
adding new pages, modifying the site structure.
adding partner codes and banners.

How much does a new PRESENTATION website cost?

There’s not one single answer to this question. A website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project. When do I pay?

For most projects, equal payments are made at the start, midway, and the end of the project, but we can work with you to set up a schedule that meets your needs. We understand that this is a big investment and want to help you budget for the expense in whatever way possible.

How much input do I have in the process?

A lot! Your input and feedback is crucial to this process. We’ll start with a lot of questions about your needs, your likes, your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality.

Who writes the content for the site?

Usually that is you. You are the expert on your business, so it’s usually best if it comes from you. If you need help, we have copywriters on our team who can help clean up or write original content for you at an additional cost.

Where should my website be hosted?

Hosting is super important! We offer all the essential web applications to help you grow and be successful online, from SSL certificates, SEO to webmail & email marketing.
