Using this website implies accepting the following Terms and Conditions, thus we recommend reading the text below carefully. NRGO New Age Digital S.R.L. reserves the right to change these provisions without prior notice. The most recent version will be found by visiting the “Terms and Conditions” page.

1. Payments

1.1. Payment for services is made based on the invoice received via email. Payment confirmation is transmitted via email.

1.2. No purchased service includes the obligation for the client to continue collaboration after the paid period expires. Through the Loyalty Program, we consider it our duty to offer existing clients new benefits for ongoing collaboration.

1.3. Client accounts denominated in Lei will display prices according to the Euro offer on the website at the exchange rate of the bank we work with.

1.4. NRGO New AGE Digital S.R.L reserves the right to withdraw or impose on the client the payment of certain amounts that have been withdrawn or not cleared by banks, card processing systems, or value-added SMS systems in case the payment provider withdraws these payments or imposes their payment to us for non-execution or non-clearance.

1.5. In case of non-payment of an invoice within the due date, NRGO New AGE Digital S.R.L reserves the right to impose a reactivation fee of 10% of the invoice value and no less than 5 currency units (e.g., 5 Lei, 5 Euro, etc.), depending on the client’s account currency. If the due date is exceeded by more than 14 days, the reactivation fee will be doubled each day after the initial 14 days.

1.6. Refunds can only be processed for services whose producer is NRGO New AGE Digital S.R.L. These services include Web Design, SEO Optimization, Website Maintenance.

1.7. SSL services, premium WordPress plugins, software licenses, domain registration, transfer, or renewal cannot be canceled with the refund of corresponding amounts, as these are well-known and do not qualify for refunds from manufacturers.

1.8. Refunds can only be processed for the first order within 30 days of activation. Refunds for additional orders are not accepted because it is assumed that the type and quality of service provided are already known and accepted by the client through the continuity of the first order.

1.9. Package and billing period modifications can be requested during the active period of a service. If the service has expired (the paid period has been exceeded), NRGO New AGE Digital S.R.L reserves the right to impose reactivation fees based on value, not exceeding 25% of the value of the last invoice.

1.10. NRGO New AGE Digital S.R.L reserves the right to close or modify the price of a service within the active period with prior notice of 15 days. If the closure is done by NRGO New AGE Digital S.R.L without the fault of the beneficiary, the provider undertakes to promptly refund the remaining unused amount from the prepaid service. This provision is intended for situations where market prices or production costs change, and the provision of the service under the same conditions is no longer sustainable or profitable in relation to the current situation. The interruption of a service may also occur when NRGO New AGE Digital S.R.L can no longer or no longer considers it opportune or profitable to provide that service. In the case of a change in the service price, if the beneficiary does not agree with the new price and does not agree to pay the difference, the service will be discontinued within 15 days of notification, with payment to the beneficiary of the remaining unconsumed amount.

1.11. Certain payment methods are subject to commission according to the model below. We aim to offer competitive prices and not include payment method fees in prices. The flexibility of prices and payment methods is considered a priority by NRGO New AGE Digital S.R.L. Thus, some payment methods will have an additional fee, and the client can choose which payment method to use.

  • a. Bank Transfer (ING or Libra/Revolut) – commission 0
  • b. Card Payment (MobilPay), MobilPay Wallet, or Google Pay through MobilPay for individuals in the EU (including Romania) – commission 0
  • c. Card Payment (MobilPay), MobilPay Wallet, or Google Pay through MobilPay for legal entities and individuals outside the EU – commission 1%
  • d. Payment with the Revolut app – commission 1%

2. Policy against abuse

In order to maintain services at an optimal operating level for all customers, NRGO New Age Digital S.R.L. adopts a strict policy against all types of abuse or potentially problematic behavior. We want to make these conditions known to discourage abnormal behavior from the start.

In this sense NRGO New Age Digital S.R.L. does not allow the use of its services for illegal, threatening, defamatory or dishonest purposes. Materials containing false statements, claims or representations likely to deceive or mislead are also not allowed.
Sending unsolicited messages (SPAM), of any kind, is strictly prohibited. We want a cleaner Internet, which is why we do not accept such practices.

Other types of unacceptable abuse are vulnerability tests, attempts to interrupt or make other services unusable, actions aimed at obtaining information or privileges without rights, abusive/excessive use of IT system resources (processor, memory, number of files, flood, DDoS, etc.).

NRGO New Age Digital S.R.L. reserves the right to block access to its services and resources from certain IP addresses if suspicious or potentially harmful activities are detected. Also, depending on the nature and gravity of the facts, NRGO New Age Digital S.R.L. can temporarily or permanently suspend the services provided.

3. Uptime guarantee

Service availability is measured for one calendar month, excluding maintenance periods.
Maintenance periods will be scheduled as much as possible during the night and will be announced in advance.
Under normal operating conditions, guaranteed service availability is 99.5%.
In exceptional situations of force majeure, such as wars, social or political instability, natural calamities, actions of the authorities, prolonged interruptions of electricity supply, unavailability of communications due to completely external causes, which cannot be controlled, NRGO New Age Digital S.R.L. cannot guarantee good operation of its services.
At the customer’s request, in case of an uptime lower than the guaranteed one (99.5%), NRGO New Age Digital S.R.L. undertakes to credit the client’s account, a percentage of the monthly subscription value.

4. Disputes

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the services will be resolved amicably. In case of non-resolution of disputes amicably, the parties may address the competent court at the domicile of NRGO New Age Digital S.R.L. (Oradea, Bihor County – Romania).
